Once a consultation is complete and you receive your Customized Report, you will have the choice to do the work yourself or we’ll gladly prepare a quote to do the work for you -- working within your budget to create the plan that is right for you!
Staging Consultation
This is an opportunity for me to walk through your home and develop recommendations so it will show at its highest potential.
A personal consultation is perfect for the "Do It Yourself" homeowner who has the time and energy to perform the work themselves, but it's also used as the first step if you want our company to perform the work.
Fees start at $200.00 with a two hour minimum and $75.00 for each additional hour. Average consultations take 2 to 3 hours. Fee includes a waived travel fee for the greater Austin area, review of furnishings, layout, décor and color palette.
You'll receive a Custom Staging Report with room-by-room recommendations, including the exterior (front and back) and my exclusive report, "What Most Sellers Overlook."
All of this will be provided within 48 hours of your initial consultation. Payment is due same day consultation is conducted.
Full & Partial Staging
We will use your existing furniture and accessories to create a whole new look for your home. The end result will be to maximize the space in your home and enable prospective buyers to visualize your home as theirs! Fees start at $75.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
We’ll provide a bid* for the staging work (a few rooms or the entire house), including any rental pieces that may be needed. Wherever possible we’ll work with your existing pieces and accessories.
Vacant Staging
Perhaps you have a home that is vacant. Did you know that vacant homes appear smaller to homebuyers and generally take longer to sell?
We have a unique selection of accessories and decorating items from our inventory to use as well as furniture options from some of our preferred, upscale furniture rental stores. A firm fee cannot be assessed until we determine what it will take to turn your home into a showplace. Allow us to provide a bid* to stage the home to sell.
